Clear Engineering are working alongside a manufacturer who have a global presence within the renewable energy sector! An exciting opportunity to work as a Production Manager where you will be responsible for the manufacturing facility and internal manufacturing processes.

This company are heavily involved in the UK's transition to a net zero economy and have a wide and diverse client portfolio within critical power generation infrastructure.
This company are a leading manufacturer of their products, they have a global presence within various industries but focus on industrial energy infrastructure and solutions. This division of the business specialises in the manufacturing department to assist and deliver assets for projects worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the operations of the Production & Test Department
- Manager the Production & Stores team towards continuous improvement
- Manage and forecast labour requirements to meet production requirements
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets
- Working closely with the Head of Operations & Section Managers
Background Required:
- Experience managing a Manufacturing or Production team in a commercial environment
- Six Sigma background in process analysis and improvements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Knowledge/Experience of ERP Systems and logistics planning
- Engineering Degree or Equivalent qualification
