Title: Office Manager
Fulltime Office-Based - East Kilbride
Monday - Friday - typically 7 am - 4 pm, but open to discussion

Our client, a general construction company, is looking to add an Office Manager to their team to support their continuous growth.

As an Office Manager, you will need to be experienced in general office management, be organised and be capable of supporting the company's two Directors with day-to-day tasks and diary management, as well as an understanding of general bookkeeping and payroll - Sage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the team with daily operations and tasks
- Manage mailbox communications to ensure efficient correspondence
- Maintain an organised document filing system
- Liaise with and update external contractors throughout various projects
- Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets relevant to the business operations
- Ensure databases are kept up to date
- Support with payroll and general bookkeeping duties
