At least 5 years of packaging development experience
Deep knowledge of packaging materials and processes
Proven track record in NPD (New Product Development), packaging optimisation, and renovation
Experience in supply chain, procurement, and bottling processes
Strong communication and organisational skills
A passion for sustainable solutions and reducing environmental impact
Creativity, problem-solving skills, and an innovative mindset
A packaging qualification (preferred)
