Your new companyA well-known Private Care organisation in the Central Belt area is working with Hays to find a candidate who will join them as a Payroll administrator. This individual will join the team on a permanent contract. The position is very flexible and hybrid working based with offices in Glasgow, Falkirk, and Edinburgh. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, flexible working. On-site parking is available.Your new roleIn your new role, you will be responsible for; end-to-end payroll for 550 people weekly and 50 monthly, analysing data, checking for variances, performing reports back to management, bank journals, reconciliation of payroll accounts, administration of year-end returns and making payments to third parties. Dealing with sundry payroll matters such as p45/p60 and experience with audits, HMRX and MNW would be beneficial.What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in the role, you will have relevant experience in a similar role within payroll and be a proficient user of Excel. You will also be able to work to tight deadlines on your own and as part of a team. You will be experienced in running both weekly and monthly payrolls. All applicants must have the UK right to work.
