Hays are delighted to be supporting this public sector organisation looking to recruit a Payroll Project lead until December 2025. The role will support the wider organisation during the systems' migration to Oracle Fusion and has the potential to be extended beyond this time period. The organisation are looking to engage with an experienced payroll professional who has extensive experience with systems such as Oracle fusion and iTrent.

The organisation is looking to engage someone who can cover the following duties and key responsibilities:

  • Mapping and understanding the transactional processes from iTrent to Oracle Fusion payroll
  • Moving 5 legacy payrolls to 1 effective monthly payrollWorking with Management, key decision makers and employees to understand the scope of the current system and design management management state
  • Analysing, Identifying, and enhancing processes

This successful candidate would be an effective problem solver and enjoy identifying, correcting and implementing effective procedures to make the overall transactional process more effective for the overall business. Given the urgency of this vacancy, we are looking for candidates who are either immediately available or on a limited notice period.
