Are you an experienced Payroll Professional looking for a meaningful role with a great team? Do you excel in dealing with large data sets, and have exceptional payroll

The Payroll Specialist is a full-time role based in our client's Paisley based office and will offer a salary of around £35,000 pa.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collating all payroll data from various sources
  • Processing starters and leavers on the internal payroll system
  • Being the primary point of contact for HMRC and the external payroll provider
  • Responding to all payroll relevant queries
  • Working in partnership with our external provider who send out payslips
  • The role currently oversees payroll for UK and Ireland, with plans to expand into European markets

Requirements:

  • Considerable experience in payroll - preferably with multi-currency experience
  • Ability to manage and process large data sets
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations
  • Strong communications skills and ability to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, highly organised and able to meet deadlines
