The Role
As our Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our campaigns run smoothly, ethically, and in full compliance with industry regulations. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for monitoring sales activities, investigating issues, providing training, and driving compliance improvements across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call Monitoring & Quality Assurance Listen to sales calls, identify areas for improvement, and enhance compliance and quality standards.
- Complaint Management Handle and resolve complaints efficiently, ensuring compliance across all campaigns.
- Training & Compliance Gaps Identify trends, implement training initiatives, and plug compliance gaps within the business.
- Industry & Regulatory Updates Stay updated on product changes and legal requirements, keeping teams trained and briefed.
- Void Sales & Compliance Tracking Analyze void sales, track patterns, and drive process improvements.
- Cancellation Management Monitor cancellations, assess partner performance, and ensure adherence to campaign targets.
- Field Audits & Risk Prevention Conduct on-site audits to ensure best practices and proactively mitigate compliance risks.
- Investigations & Process Oversight Carry out internal investigations and support the Head of Compliance in auditing processes.
- Internal Reporting Provide weekly compliance updates and assist in preparing compliance packs for key stakeholders.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably within the energy industry, telecomms industry, sales, direct marketing, or a customer-facing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and implement practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with teams at all levels.
- Proactive problem solver who can handle investigations and compliance escalations effectively.
- Attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high ethical standards.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior leadership.
