Our client are a leading provider of video recruitment software. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be at the forefront of establishing meaningful connections with top talent and leading recruitment brands around the world.

- Create meaningful connections with top-tier recruitment brands globally.
- Utilise cutting-edge outreach tools and technology to conduct a multi-touch approach, setting the stage for successful meetings for your Account executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking qualified meetings with prospects for Account Executives.
- Using Outreach tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn, and our own software to engage in a multi-touch approach.
- Reaching out to C-suite/Director level prospects and building strong relationships.
- Hunting new business opportunities and conducting discovery calls to uncover challenges and pain points.
- Creating personalized emails to engage prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Working collaboratively with Sales and Marketing Teams to drive success.
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous cold calling experience or sales background.
- Proactive, eager, and genuinely curious to find out more about our clients and their needs.
- Enthusiastic, results-driven, and open to continuous learning and development.
