As an M&E Project Manager, You Will Have:


  • Proven experience in managing Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams, ensuring the effective execution of M&E installations.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS or an industry card, with a clean driving license (essential for travel to various project sites).

  • Your Role as M&E Project Manager Will Include:


  • Leading the delivery of M&E projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, managing all communications and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Managing project resources, timelines, and procurement, ensuring materials and subcontractors are effectively coordinated.
  • Overseeing project administration, including progress reporting, managing changes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
