Do you have a clear background within Main Contractor, you have the understanding of the local supply chain? Can you pull on further client relationships and grow the Scotland business. Initially a site/operations role that will develop as the business grows.

Our client is looking for a hands on Senior Project Manager/Project Director to sit on a major Data Centre as the No1. You will be driving the site team, while handling all client management.

You will have 8 years expereince as a No1, you will have handled all things pre-construction and delivered successful projects with a Tier 1 contractor. You have experience looking after the full scope of work on site driving everything from program, quality and sub-contract management.

Can you protect the position of the business whilst looking to drive profitability and program.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of x2 Industrial/Factory projects delivered
  • Strong communication skills
  • CSCS
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Planning and successfully delivering industrial projects
  • Site management while supervising and coordinating staff, sub-contractors, plant, materials and management information
  • Maintaining strict quality control procedures
  • Reporting on financial and operational progress
  • Escalating any risk or financial positions that need attention by management
  • Managing a harmonious client, building trust and able to have the good as well as awkward conversations related to cost and time
