Job title: Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor

Role:
An opportunity has come available for a Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist electrical and telecommunications contractor working on multiple Network Rail station upgrade schemes.
To be considered for this role you will need to come from a rail or construction background and have a strong experience working closely with construction team to ensure the project is delivered successfully, while maintaining relationships, maximising commercial returns and manage risk.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conducting site visits, attending client meetings, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Overseeing contract administration, including cost control, pricing variations, and dispute resolution.
- Work closely with the site team to assist with any commercial challenges.
- Issue early warnings if any changes that may affect cost.
Essential Requirements:
- Possess strong knowledge of contract administration, including NEC, JCT, or other standard forms of contracts.
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on Rail projects.
