Property Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Property Manager to join a leading residential property management firm with, over 60 staff, based in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and some background within property, facilities management, or a related field. The role combines office-based duties with regular site visits, offering variety and hands-on experience, making it essential for candidates to hold a full, clean UK driving licence.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners and contractors, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee buildings insurance claims.
• Responsible for instructing and monitoring both reactive and proactive property repairs.
• Manage and co-ordinate customer insurance claims processes.
• Conduct regular property and development site visits, including attending on-site meetings.

• Must be based within commuting distance of Glasgow.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong background in customer service.
• Good IT skills and proficient use of Office 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
