Join one a leading and friendly Property Management service based in the heart of Glasgow City Centre.  We are currently seeking a Property Manager who is committed to maintaining high standards and building strong relationships with customers and contractors.

Key Responsibilities include..

  • Liaise with internal departments and contractors on all maintenance matters
  • Raising job orders to contractors to attend to maintenance issues
  • Following up estimate requests to ensure estimates are provided by contractors within set timescales
  • Reviewing estimates provided by contractors and liaising with internal departments to progress these repairs
  • Drafting & issuing communication to homeowners with details of repairs required and following up to instruction of works
  • Ensuring all follow up action is done in accordance with internal procedures that meet our Service Level Agreement
