Reward Lead - 12 months contract £500 per day inside IR35

One of Loriens leading Public Sector Clients is looking for a Reward Lead to join their team on an initial 12 month contract.Please note - the client offices are based in Edinburgh OR Glasgow and require minimum 1x a quarte visit to offices.Role Purpose:The purpose of the role is to build in a recent review of our pay framework for roles with a digital focus.Additionally, the role will focus on job architecture including job evaluation and associated role identification activities where required. The role holder will also provide input into our reward offering to ensure the employee value proposition continues to be attractive in the wider job market.Essential skills

  • Knowledge of job evaluation processes and application (direct experience of job evaluation within the civil service would be advantageous but not required
  • Experience of reward benchmarking and translating data to meaningful strategic recommendations
  • Proficiency in MS excel data analysis and visualisation

  • Skilled at engaging, building, and influencing relationships with a broad range of stakeholders up and across the organisation.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including data visualisation capability.
