We’re seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with natural sales ability and a passion for connecting with people. If you have experience in sales or a call centre environment, you’ll have a head start! Your mission? Recruit top healthcare talent and help us scale our brand to new heights.
Your Role:
- Talent Recruitment: Source and recruit Nurses and Locums using our advanced database, search tools, and referrals.
- Booking Management: Oversee your Nurses’ schedules and ensure smooth, efficient bookings.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring top-notch service.
