MotorMatch Recruitment Ltd are representing a leading automotive repair shop. Dedicated to providing top-quality service and vehicle body repairs. The repair centre is seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join their team in Glasgow.
As a Panel Beater, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of the day to day in the business and in restoring vehicle to their pre-accident condition. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, organisational skills and attention to detail.
As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- You will work alongside a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment
- Repairing and the reshape / replacement of vehicle body panels, frames and structures to restore vehicle to their pre-accident condition
- Conducting thorough assessment of vehicle damage and identifying the repair needs
- Adhere to the health and safety standards in line with the safety regulations to carry out quality of repair to customers vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and trim issues on vehicles with effectiveness
- Repairing and replacements of damaged components, electrical wiring, interior trim, and mechanical systems
- Ensure a clean working environment
As a Panel Beater, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Panel Beater
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive body repairs
- Strong communication skills
- NVQ Level 1, 2 & 3 / ATA
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8AM– 5PM (1 hour unpaid break)

- Holiday allowance: 20 days + Statutory
