- Define & execute the product vision and strategy for the customer
- Lead the creation of a strategic product road-map
- You will prioritise (features & initiatives) based on customer insights & market trends
- Oversee the planning, execution, risk management & quality assurance of all products & releases
- Implement and refine agile best practices & framework
- Manage the product strategy & execution, ensuring client & stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Own the end-to-end customer on boarding, journey & engagement
- Oversee performance of the 24/7 support team, ensuring SLAs, response times, and resolution targets are met & improved
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional tech/ IT teams.
- Previous experience managing product delivery in complex and fast-paced B2B - Digital/ Tech/ IT environments.
- In-depth understanding of Agile and other product development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills & the ability to navigate challenges & drive outcomes.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
