This is a Bar Manager role for a very busy bar and so you will be a Bar Manager with a passion for Hospitality and a passion for manaing a lively bar. You have a large team and so must be experienced in rotas and development of your team. As Bar Manager you will be a people person in terms of both getting the best out of your team and also in guest customer service.
As Bar Manager for this role, you must have hotel experience and a good understanding of how hotels and hotel bars work. You must be skilled in writing menus, achieving financial targets, and improving guest satisfaction scores. There will be late nights and we expect to see you on the floor in an operational capacity.
