We are seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our client on a temp basis. The role involves providing essential finance and administrative duties within an office environment. This is a full-time  position & the role requires on-site presence as it supports business activities directly.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Responsible for purchase ledger duties
  • Matching, batching & coding high volumes invoices on a daily basis
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Raising PO’s
  • Bank reconciliations
  • General administration duties

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Expereince of using Sage would be advantageous
  • Capable of managing a full workload and prioritising tasks effectively
