An exciting opportunity has arisen within my client's industry-leading organisation to join the finance team as a Purchase Ledger Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Process a high volume of invoices for payment.
  • Update ledgers and maintain supplier records.
  • Ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
