CBW are delighted to be working with a specialist engineering company based in Renfrewshire in the recruitment of helpdesk coordinators This is a National company with strong contracts and due to a National win of a new contract they have several openings for helpdesk coordinators. Perhaps you have had planning experience within another industry, this client is open to transferable skills which is therefore an exciting opportunity to move into the Facilities world!
Hours of work:
Excellent shift pattern with some weeks working a 3 day week! Shift pattern will be discussed at interview but it is good!
Duties & Responsibilities :
To organise and prioritise engineers workload.
Work with engineering and Maintenance staff to ensure workload is completed and PPMs scheduled and actioned.
Monitor and organise day to day performance of the engineering team and ensure schedules and rotas are in place and communicated.
Coordinate spares and parts procurement and scheduling of fitting.
Advise appropriate Services Manager of issues affecting performance.
Develop & maintain key interdepartmental relationships
Understand and operate customers Maintenance Management System
Salary & Benefits:
Salary up to £23,800 which will rise after successful probation
32 days holiday

Pension 4% contribution
