They are now looking for a passionate care professional to join their team as a Service Manager across services in Glasgow. Responsibilities*Leading a team of support workers providing care to up to 15 individuals in their own homes*Manage support and care plans to ensure they are bespoke to each individual and carried out effectively*Motivate a team to ensure person-centred care is delivered to high standards*Monitor team performance and maintain a positive working culture*Rota management*This role does not have on-call responsibilitiesRequirements*You will hold a relevant qualification in Health and Social care i.e social work, nursing, SVQ3 at a minimum or equivalent*Experience working with people who require thorough support to ensure their health and safety.*You will have a positive attitude and be enthusiastic about providing the best quality of care*Supporting people to become a part of their local and wider community*Basic IT skills*Experience in additional support needs and mental health*Clean driving license and own car
