PROJECT MANAGER (INTELLIGENT TRANSPORT SYSTEMS) - GLASGOW (HYBRID) - 12 MONTHS - £499 PER DAY

ARM are working with a leading transport organisation and we are currently recruiting for a project manager with experience of working within Intelligent Transport Systems for a yearlong contract position based in Glasgow.

About You:

  • You will have experience of working as a project manager, ideally within public sector projects.
  • Your experience muse include working within Intelligent Transport Systems understanding the systems, hardware and software, as well as how systems are working when released into the real world and how signalling systems then operate within that.

What you will be doing:This position will be looking at Traffic Systems within a large geographical area. Working with contractors who provide, install and operate these systems, you will be looking to help develop the systems and to support future strategy around investments and technology within the network.

This position is offered as a 12 month contract. The office is based in Central Glasgow and you will be working using the hybrid model, with time in the office and working from home each week.

What you can expect in return:The rate for this position is £499 per day (Umbrella) and is inside IR35.

We can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK for this role. As this is a major infrastructure organisation, we are required to undertake DBS and reference checks of any successful candidate as part of a BPSS check needed prior to starting for compliance reasons.
