Be-IT are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead a projects team in executing high-impact implementation / software projects worldwide.

In this role, you’ll manage project timelines, build strong customer relationships, and drive team performance to ensure top-tier service delivery.

With your experience in project management and a customer-centric approach, you’ll help shape growth and direction of the business.

• Experience in a senior / leadership role with particular focus on managing service delivery of implementation / software projects.
• Project management experience within the software / IT industry.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira to plan, track and report on service delivery projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Knowledge of software implementation processes, including requirements gathering, system configuration and user acceptance testing.
• Experience in coaching and managing service delivery professionals.
• Customer-centric mindset, always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience.
• A problem solver; strongly analytical, with an eye for detail
