TECHNICAL PROJECT DELIVERY MANAGER - OUTSIDE IR35 - INITIAL 12 WEEK CONTRACT

One of Loriens leading Public Sector Clients is looking to hire a Technical Project Delivery Manager to join their Data And Analytics team on an initial 12 week contract.

You'll be experienced in technical driven projects and environments and comfortable in using your initiative to tackle complex challenges across multiple projects with strong communication skills. Your responsibilities will include: * Supporting the Data and Analytics Programme Lead and colleagues from across the partnership to identify and deliver areas for technical and data innovation and improvements, including standards, schemas and quality and processing improvements, being a subject matter expert for the team. * Working closely with our supplier to develop a "Master Customer Record" product you will support a number of areas across this development including acquiring datasets that align with business needs, building, testing, and maintaining technical and data architectures. * Ensuring compliance with technical and data governance and security policies * Build and maintain appropriate data architecture artefacts where required such as Data Dictionary. * Chairing and driving forward the Data and Technical Architecture cross partner forum which supports the product plus any other relevant areas. Working with these colleagues to develop and support implementation plans for product roll out. * Effectively managing multiple technical and data orientated projects at any one time: with the identification of project inter-dependencies across our programme and partnership and applying programme management principles to the management of these. * Maintaining delivery momentum. You can identify and solve issues and unblock problems across multiple project strands. * Management and input of standard programme processes such as RAID management, status reports and assurance reviews. Your skills, abilities and experience should include:* Experience in planning, supporting, and testing complex technical/data driven projects. You can understand the environment and prioritise the most important or high value tasks. * Experience in working in Agile methodology. * Communicating between the technical and non-technical. You understand the need to translate technical concepts into non-technical language, when required for internal and external stakeholders. * Technical development process testing - you can understand, interpret and test technology and data products based on feeds from multiple systems. * Analysis skills - with the ability to present clear insights to colleagues to support the end use of data and data products. * Relationship building skills to enable partnership working with Technical, IT and Data colleagues from partner organisations to help scope and plan that their systems and data sets are ready for deployment into the project. * Understanding of the public sector business support landscape in Scotland and experience in the challenges and opportunities this area faces.
