ROLE DETAILS

This position is to cover reception duties whilst the current receptionist is on holiday - will be expected to work the Bank Holiday Monday

Answer incoming calls - through Microsoft Teams

Meet and greet visitors

Accept incoming packages

Arrange for couriers as necessary

Acknowledge invoices and send response in Receptionist's absence

Book meeting rooms

Must have previous reception experience
