In this role you will management the operational functions of the Glasgow region, ensuring successful delivery of services to allow service users to live their best lives possible. Responsibilities* Be responsible for the overall operations of the region, promoting a positive working culture.* Lead a team of Managers to run the operational performance of all services.* Participation of audits * Budget management, creating new business opportunities, use systems, implementing regional growth strategies, * Build strong relationships with residents and their families, using their feedback for regional growth* Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders* Support the development of staff in training, coaching and personal development* Adhere to regulations and expectations set by SSSC and Care InspectorateRequirements* Professional qualification in the health and social care sector * Demonstration of professional development * Medication training* Clean UK driving license* Experience working in complex care within a social/health care setting* Experience leading teams and managing people* Experience of managing budgetsPlease note there will be an element of on call work.
