Workforce Planning - IT Service Environment - Public Services - SC Clearance - 6 month contract inside IR35 - Glasgow Hybrid 2-3 days onsiteWe have an immediate opportunity for Workforce Planning consultant to join a busy team with our public sector client in Glasgow. Due to the nature and urgency of the role, people with current SC clearance would be preferred.You will be joining a busy programme, using your expertise to help develop, implement and track a Workforce Planning Strategy and work closely with the HR team and internal teams to ensure ongoing improvement of their people engagement, recruitment and onboarding processes.As such I am keen to speak with candidates who have

  • Solid experience in Workforce Planning within Public Sector Environments
  • Experience of working in IT Service environments would be ideal
  • CIPD Qualification or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of People Development, Coaching and Workforce capability delivery
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, including the ability to challenge, negotiate and influence
  • Experience of managing operational teams and working to strict deadlines
