We are seeking a skilled Marine Welders to join our team and support our client in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating and welding metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications.Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication, assembly, and welding of metal components for the marine industry.
  • Follow environmental regulations and safety procedures to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Inspect completed welds and make necessary adjustments.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on time.

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible for SC check
  • An NVQ level 3 or trade papers
  • Proven experience as a fabricator/welder in a marine engineering environment.
  • Knowledge of welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and MMA.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
