Experienced Plumber required to carrying out planned repairs and maintenance work for a Glasgow based Housing Association.
I am looking for a skilled and dedicated plumber to work with a Glasgow based Housing Association in the Glasgow area. As a plumber, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of plumbing repairs in void domestic properties. Work will range from 2nd fix plumbing repairs to bathroom installations.

Responsibilities:
To perform various plumbing repairs and installations in void properties. This will include carrying out tasks such as bathroom repairs and installations, shower and bath repairs and other general plumbing related tasks.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues to understand repair requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
Start date: ASAP
Location: main base G53 but cover the region, Glasgow
Hours: 40 hours Monday - Friday
Duration: Temporary position running up to March 2025 with potential of being extended
Pay rate: 18 P/H
Requirements:
- City & Guilds or NVQ in Plumbing
- Plumbing experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS card ideal but not essiental
