Our client is , planet-friendly business looking for a Marketing Manager to take the reins of their online and in store marketing efforts.Our priority focus with this role is to grow our newly established online presence.

What You'll Be Doing
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Create and drive marketing strategies that reflect our mission and goals.
- Research market trends, understand our customers, and spot opportunities to stand out.
- Set achievable goals and track progress to ensure success.
Campaigns & Collaboration
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, social media, email, and more.
- Work closely with other teams (our nutritionists, and buyers) to make sure campaigns are consistent and effective.
- Bring our brand to life through in-store displays, posters, brochures, and other promotional materials.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Take the lead on our social media channels, keeping them fresh, engaging, and on-brand.
- Grow our audience, encourage meaningful interactions, and tell our story authentically.
- Oversee content creation to ensure it's high-quality, relevant, and drives customer interest.
Email Marketing
- Build email campaigns that connect with our customers and drive engagement.
- Experiment with A/B testing to see what works best.
Brand Management
- Keep our brand consistent and reflective of our values across every touch point.
- Regularly check in on brand perception and look for ways to strengthen it.
Analytics & Improvement
- Track campaign results using tools like Google Analytics and share insights with the team.
- Use data to refine strategies and make the next campaign even better.
Budget & Resources
- Manage the marketing budget with care, ensuring every penny counts.
- Work with external suppliers and agencies when needed.
About You
Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Confident with tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and growing demand.
