About the Role

Our Digital Manager will work closely with the Digital Director to support the organisation through an exciting period of change, enabling business improvement through the use of digital, data and technology to revolutionise our customer experience. You will design, plan and implement organisational wide digital strategies and lead by example enabling transformation for the companies of the Kingdom Group.

About You

As Digital Manager you will lead our front line digital service, support the development of a service organisation building the awareness and understanding of a digital mindset, support the strategic and operational development of data and lead an enterprise change management function. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing a data strategy for the Group to support data driven decisions.

Your areas of knowledge & expertise that matter most for this role:

?Three or more years in a leadership role in a relevant discipline

?Knowledge and experience of service based organisation design

?Proven ability to develop and implement data strategies

?Proven ability to deliver integrated SaaS based digital solutions that deliver great customer experiences and business value

?Extensive experience of project / programme management and a variety of methodologies

?Extensive experience in a customer focussed role

?Proven stakeholder management experience

?Knowledge of Digital functions within relevant sectors

?Proven ability to lead and inspire strong team engagement
