As Team Leader, you'll:

  • Lead and mentor a team of advocates, driving performance and professional growth
  • Collaborate with management to ensure the highest standards of advocacy practice
  • Conduct regular reviews and training to maintain and improve service delivery
  • Manage resources effectively to meet contractual requirements and KPIs
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote best practices
