Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, On-Site

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Legal Secretary to join our client's team at their offices across Fife. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's legal professionals, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing comprehensive secretarial support to solicitors and legal executives.
- Preparing, typing, and formatting legal documents and correspondence.
- Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
- Handling telephone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintaining and updating client files and records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assisting with billing processes and managing office administration tasks.
- Coordinating with other team members to ensure seamless workflow and client service.
- Performing any other related duties as required to support the legal team.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, within a legal firm.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent typing and transcription skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A professional and friendly demeanour with a client-focused approach.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is highly desirable.
