In your new role, as Freelance Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operation on a fitout contract for the duration of 28 weeks. You will direct sub-contractors & in house tradesmen/labour to successfully achieve programme deadlines all whilst ensuring health & safety is adhered to at all times. On a daily basis, you will induct new site workers and chair toolbox talks. Additional responsibilities will include creating progress reports, contributing to progress meetings with clients, management & stakeholders, ordering plant/material/labour, and identifying good/bad practices on site.
As a minimum, you must ensure to have CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid qualifications as well as having managed the delivery of fitout contracts in the past, to a high standard. Previous working history must be backed by positive working references.
As a reward, you will be paid a desirable hourly rate on a weekly basis and gain employment with a reputable contractor.
