Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Salary: £27,000- £30,000

Location: Glossop, UK Driving Licence Needed

Contract: 37.5 hours a week, Full-time, Permanent

Structure: Hybrid/On the Road Working: Initially Monday-Friday 09:30am-15:30pm, with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule/location needs. Time will be spent working with the MD both on site, home office, and on the road.

What you'll do:

  • Manage scheduling, organise meetings, coordinate travel, and handle emails for the Managing Director
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team and contribute to exciting projects
  • Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed to support the MD's workload
  • Foster positive teamwork and successful partnerships within the organisation
  • Efficiently handle tasks and manage communication across all levels of the business
  • Take initiative and demonstrate sound judgement in approaching challenges

What you bring:

  • Proficiency in calendar management, scheduling, and prioritising tasks
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong organisation, communication, and planning abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint) and managing meeting logistics
  • Experience in minute taking, email management, and confidentiality
  • Background working with senior leadership and supporting diverse projects
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
