Executive Assistant, Stockport area. up to 30,000 plus benefits and bonus.

My client is a highly respected and successful Financial Services provider and are looking to add an Executive Assistant to their team to provide support to the Senior Management and Partners.

An excellent Organiser and Administrator, you will be expected to main job role will include :

  • To provide confidential administrative support to the Partners, on a day to day basis, helping to manage their diary and workload.
  • Working closely with colleagues and ensuring the EA team is working effetively.
  • To assist the other Partners
  • To provide reception work by answering the telephone and directing calls, taking messages and by welcoming clients and other visitors to the premises
  • To keep a track of stationery and office equipment, reordering when necessary, liaising with suppliers.
  • To keep up to date with technology and receive training / provide training where necessary.
  • To ensure that standard documents and templates are kept up to date and rolled out to the staff when necessary.
  • To promote departmental procedures and communication between staff.
  • To be part of a team, working together and ensuring colleagues wellbeing.
  • Looking after facilities within the company.

Daily tasks include:

  • Typing of letters, file notes, emails, suitability reports, presentations, fact sheets, minutes
  • Liasing with Management with respect to workload
  • Filing - electronic
  • Ensuring client data is up to date
  • Answering the telephone, directing calls and taking messages where necessary
  • Welcoming visitors to the building and providing refreshments
  • Arranging meetings and travel
  • Ensure the meeting rooms and the reception areas are tidy and presentable
  • To maintain confidentiality
  • Keeping the executive diary up to date and keep an eye on forthcoming meetings and produce draft presentations ahead of meetings
  • Keeping the workflows up to date
  • Ensuring GDPR and compliance is adhered to
  • Updating templates and standard documents

Monday-Friday, with optional working from home 1 day a week.
