Executive Assistant - Part -Time 3 days per week

Central Manchester

£15 - £16.50 per hour

My client is a well-regarded business and currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide an efficient administrative service to the Finance Director. This is a busy role you will need to be highly motivated with strong organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. A high level of confidentiality is required in all aspects of work. The successful candidate will have experience in supporting at a senior level preferably within finance.

Key responsibilities required for the Executive Assistant;

  • Review documents, reports, and correspondence (format, content, grammar, and spelling and make edits as necessary)
  • Review, evaluate, and distribute priority incoming and outgoing correspondence for the Director of Finance.
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Researching and organising data to support the senior management
  • To support and attend meetings, recording key actions and following up on behalf of the Director of Finance.
  • Provide support role in audits (internal and external) including preparation of documents for internal and audits).
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors on audit related issues.
  • Gather information and prepare drafts of various documents including standard reports on behalf of the Director of Finance to the Board.
  • Undertake any other appropriate duties as required to support the Director of Finance.

Key skills required for the Executive Assistant include;

  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Be proactive and be able to work using your own initiative
  • Ability to prioritise busy workload
  • Ability to working in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
