Financial Accountant£40,000-£45,000PermanentGloucester (hybrid)We are working with a successful international company with headquarters in the UK. Our client has a close-knit finance team, they are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join the company in a period of growth.Key Responsibilities:

Assist with month-end processes and financial reporting.
Perform account reconciliations.
Support revenue recognition and project accounting.
Help prepare financial reports and tax returns.
Develop and follow internal controls and policies.
Assist with accounting system improvements.
Manage the day-to-day activities of the junior accountant.

Skills Required:

12 months of experience in financial accounting or a similar role.
AAT level 4 or equivalent qualification.
Experience with revenue recognition and project accounting.
Knowledge of IFRS.
Proficient in Excel and accounting software (Xero preferred).
Team player with a proactive attitude.
