Your new roleThe Site Controller will provide financial oversight and manage control of my client's international site. This role is a business liaison to site leadership and management, ensuring data transparency and active support to drive decisions.

Knowledge and Experience - What skills, training or experience are needed to perform the job?

  • 3-5 years of progressive controlling / planning / finance / accounting experience, preferably in both an operational and corporate environment.
  • Knowledge / understanding and applicability of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Working knowledge / familiarity with SAP; proficiency in software applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity/ proficiency with Power BI a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking; ability to analyse large volumes of data and develop actionable recommendations; very strong communication and team working skills.
  • Cost accounting and systems, budgets, financial/economic analysis, planning and internal control methodologies and taxation.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, interact and influence effectively with all levels of personnel and management, including appropriate oral and written presentations.
