Great opportunity to work for a market leading accountancy practice based in Gloucester. Our client's office offers a relaxed environment where the whole team works together on expanding and developing all new and existing client relationships.

In your role you will be:

  • Preparation of management accounts
  • Ensuring that statutory deadlines are met
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients
  • Completing more complex accounts on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Bank reconciliation
  • VAT and tax returns
  • Ad-hoc duties required

To be successful for the role you will ideally come from a practice background (industry might also be considered). Be happy to work as part of a team or on your own. Have a hands-on knowledge on software systems such as QuickBooks and Xero. Have competence in Microsoft Excel and Word.
