Key Responsibilities- Handling incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries to the right team members.
- Managing office documentation, including filing, data entry, and updating records.
- Assisting with scheduling, arranging meetings, and coordinating diaries.
- Processing orders, invoices, and supplier paperwork.
- Supporting site teams with admin tasks such as job sheets and documentation.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitoring stock levels for office and site supplies, ordering when necessary.
- Preparing reports and basic spreadsheets when required.
- Ensuring the office remains well-organised and efficient.
- Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally within construction, engineering, or a similar industry).
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently.
