Are you an organized and customer-focused professional looking for a new opportunity in a dynamic industry? MDE is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client in the fuel, lubricant, and AdBlue distribution sector, and we're seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join their Gloucester team.

Role Overview for Office Administrator:

  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Additional: Saturday mornings on a rota basis (3 hours), paid at an overtime rate

Key Responsibilities for Office Administrator:

  • Handle inbound calls and process customer orders
  • Coordinate with the logistics team for deliveries
  • Process payments over the phone
  • Direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Manage internal communication and documentation
  • Support additional administrative duties as needed

About You:

  • Experience with inbound calls and customer service
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficient in IT and familiar with data protection principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage your own workload
