This established Wealth Management business is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the MD. This role has come about after an internal promotion and is a great opportunity for someone to continue to add value to the business, work with the team and clients and take on ad-hoc projects. This role would suit someone who is loyal and reliable and wants to be part of a growing company.

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Personal Assistant include:

  • Diary management and arranging meetings
  • Pulling together information packs ahead of meetings for MD
  • First point of contact for all new and existing clients
  • Support with organising team or client events
  • Ability to produce reports through internal systems

Required Skills and Qualifications include:

  • Previous Personal Assistant or Secretary experience
  • Confident, articulate, organised with strong communication skills
  • Strong IT knowledge (producing packs of information, regular reports)
  • Attend meetings and take minutes
  • Driving licence for occasional off-site meetings with key clients
