An opportunity has arisen for a Full-time Office Administrator to join our Gloucester Depot.
You will be required to work Saturday mornings for 3 hours on a rota basis, which will be paid at overtime rate.
About the role:
- 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (Full-time)
- Answer the telephone to take orders
- Process orders for Transport to deliver
- Take payments over the phone
- Direct calls to the relevant departments
- Transfer tickets to other depots
- Covering other duties as and when required
- Regular internal communication
About you:
- Inbound telephone experience
- Customer service experience
- Good administrative skills
- Good communication skills
- Highly organised
- IT literate
- Awareness of data protection principles
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to prioritise and manage own workload
