Our client is looking for a temporary ongoing administrator for their busy office function

Key Responsibilities - Office Administrator  

  • General office administration
  • Processing Web Orders
  • SDN's, Booking Couriers, Despatch Labels, Tooles Labels,
  • Taking card payments
  • Updating Sales Quote log
  • Chasing Quotes
  • Proof of Export Documentation
  • Booking Courier Collection from Customer and Suppliers as required
  • Chasing Suppliers
  • Updating Customers regarding any changes in delivery dates
  • Any general customer communication as required by other staff
  • Filing and Scanning
  • Making tea and Coffee for visitors
  • Keeping Office tidy
  • Ordering Stationery

Qualifications & Requirements - Office administrator

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent communicator
  • Good organisational skills
  • The ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Reliable with a great work ethic
