This is an exciting position for the right candidate who is looking to further their career with a forward-thinking and thriving company. Our client, based in Gloucester, is a dynamic, growing business that has been operating for over 20 years. Due to recent growth and with exciting plans for the future, they are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic candidate to join their team on a permanent basis as an Account Manager.

A key focus of this role will be to grow and maintain sales from a group of existing clients through great customer service and proactive account management. Full and thorough training on the role, offerings and processes will be provided, with continued team support.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.

- Identify innovative solutions to fulfil client needs and effectively promote their brand.

- Proactive account management through regular outreach (via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.), following up on quotes, and nurturing client relationships.

- Coordinate with the internal team to generate quotations.

- Organise the dispatch of product samples / visuals to customers upon request.

- Collaborate with the internal projects team to ensure timely approval and delivery of all orders.

- Maintain awareness of monthly targets, aiming to hit or exceed them.

Candidate Attributes:

- Top notch communication skills including over telephone and email.

- Proactive, driven self-starter.

- Computer literate.

- Friendly, team player.

Hours: Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm (Early 4:30pm finish on a Friday!)

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience.
