They have grown tremendously over the past 2 years and are now looking for a Paid Media Manager who will be instrumental in developing and executing paid media strategies that enhance traffic, engagement, and conversions. This role is pivotal in maximizing the return on investment (ROI) for their advertising spend and ensuring their brand reaches the appropriate audience effectively.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve performance goals, such as increased traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid media efforts with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure competitiveness in the digital advertising space.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign performance.
  • Test and experiment with new ad formats, targeting options, and creative approaches to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a deep understanding of audience targeting and segmentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
