We are looking for a Junior/ Intermediate Architectural Technician to join a well-established, reputable practice in the Gloucester area. You will be working on a vast array of residential projects including, but not limited to, bespoke homes, housing developments and apartment schemes – making this the perfect environment to stretch your skills and take on new and rewarding challenges. With plenty of new projects on the horizon and the practice having one of their busiest years to date, there will be no shortage of opportunity here. This is a hybrid working role, consisting of 2 days at home and 3 in office. Flexible start and finish times are available as well as regular CPD’s and ample support and mentoring from associates. The office has on-site parking and is located close to the train station. The salary for this position is between £24K - £30K depending on previous experience. Ideal candidates will have previously worked as an Architectural Technician within the UK
Newly qualified candidates or those recently graduated with a BSC honours degree that have undertaken a placement year are encouraged to apply
Experience working with medium to large scale residential projects is needed
Must be familiar with using Revit in practice
Should live within commutable distance from Gloucester
