My client is seeking a Customer Account Manager to join their growing and dynamic team. This role is ideal for somebody who is driven and passionate about self-development paired with strong customer service skills, a confident telephone manager and a knack for building strong customer relationships.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling target customers.
  • Make warm calls to existing customers to promote and sell the company’s products and services.
  • Handle day-to-day quotes for existing customers and provide technical advice as needed.
  • Perform all associated administrative tasks relating to sales.
  • Provide exceptional aftersales support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably with maintenance contracts, or a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment as a graduate.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Competency in administrative tasks and a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive approach to sales and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
